Time Out

We're about to take some time out at our favourite part of the "deep" South-East Coast. Bags are (eventually going to be) packed then we're off for a week of r 'n' r, and if we're lucky the sun will keep shining! My latest copy of Vintage Caravan Magazine arrived yesterday so my challenge has been to keep it closed until I'm lying under that beach umbrella! Au Revoir!

....and now the fun stuff!

Now that all of our end of year rush and lovely holiday are over it's time to get into the fun stuff. But first a few pics of the month that was.

Miss M's Dance Concert went fabulously well; she was only in 2 dances, a tap and a classical, and looking at the other poor "ballet mums" whose children were in 9+ dances I think I definitely made the right decision.
Pancaking one tutu was traumatic enough.....

Then in the same week Miss H "graduated" from Primary School....

Despite the ordinary weather our week up the coast was fantastic, lots of down time and reconnections of the family kind.

Gone Fishing......

Not really.....in fact I've never been or ever plan to go fishing in my life; I just like the romance of the visual. The Kitchen Kitsch family are on a short break up at the Sunshine Coast with limited internet access and the wettest weather we've had in months! Miss H and Miss M are doing a splendid job of pretending it's a sunny 30degrees.....in between trying to strangle each other. Mr D is off playing golf with another Mr D and I'm putting together a slide show for my lovely aunt's 80th birthday lunch at my place on Sunday....yes, the day after we get back. Aaahhh the joys of wet family holidays! Lots of end of year pics to post when I return......
